The Master universitario di primo livello, "Media Education: Teaching and Communication" responds to the growing demand for specialized expertise in the field, able to promote and manage the whole field of new communications.

Objective of the master is the formation of a new professional figure, "the media educator" who knows how to design and deliver training consistent with the complex cultural and social characteristics of the digital age, which is strongly characterized by the transformation of the instruments and forms of communication and of building knowledge. The media educator, must acquire, in addition to knowledge of the sciences of education, skills and teaching methods necessary to integrate the mass media and new media in learning pathways, with particular attention to the dynamics cognitive, relational and ethical issues related to the digital environment.

Job opportunities.
The master is pointed to train operators in the private sector but also public, in the activities related to media education. Graduates will master professional activities in various areas, by the guidance services, the management of distance learning, the design of training courses, updating of teachers, to the coordination of the media sector within public and private.
